Weekly themed Wellness Walks are led by staff, faculty, and students across campus, who start each walk by briefly talking about a topic of their choice (5-7 minutes), then lead participants on a walk at their own pace on 1-2 mile routes through campus and the University City area. Mindfulness at the Museum is a series of drop-in guided meditation sessions, facilitated by skilled holistic practitioners, to become present in the “here and now.” Participation is free and open to all. Prior meditation experience and special clothing are not required.
