Mindfulness at the Museum is a series of drop-in guided meditation sessions, facilitated by skilled holistic practitioners, to become present in the “here and now.” Participation is free and open to all. Prior meditation experience and special clothing are not required.
Lead Walker: Margaret Janz, Scholarly Communications and Data Curation Librarian from Penn Libraries; Weekly Themed Wellness Walks are led by staff, faculty, and students across campus, who will start each walk by briefly talking about a topic of their choice. This is a great opportunity to get outside, learn something, and meet your fellow Penn students, staff, and faculty. Walks are 1-2 miles at participants own pace.
