Weekly themed Wellness Walks are led by staff, faculty, and students across campus, who start each walk by briefly talking about a topic of their choice (5-7 minutes), then lead participants on a walk at their own pace on 1-2 mile routes through campus and the University City area. This week, join us for "Accessibility & Disability" with Mark Wolff, Dean of Penn Dental. Please RSVP!
Please join us for the third in this year's series of monthly Community Conversations, on the theme "Finding Strength in Vulnerability," featuring Associate Vice Provost for Student Affairs Tamara L. Greenfield King, who also served as the first African-American Assistant District Attorney in Northampton County PA.
Mindfulness at the Museum is a series of drop-in guided meditation sessions, facilitated by skilled holistic practitioners, to become present in the “here and now.” Participation is free and open to all. Prior meditation experience and special clothing are not required.
